Established in 1997, Vardas Seacret (formerly known as Vardas Beach) is a cherished family business that has evolved from humble beginnings into a beloved seaside sanctuary in Paphos. What started as a simple seaside snackbar serving snacks and drinks to beachgoers lounging on sun beds has transformed into a renowned restaurant, steeped in tradition and culinary excellence.
As our clientele grew, so did our aspirations. We expanded our menu to include traditional Cypriot cuisine and placed a special emphasis on fresh fish dishes, capturing the essence of our coastal surroundings.
In response to our valued customers’ feedback and our desire to continually elevate our offerings, around 2020, we embarked on a journey to refine our culinary identity. We shifted our focus to Mediterranean cuisine, aligning perfectly with our seaside location and ambiance. Simultaneously, we underwent a comprehensive renovation project, revitalizing both our interior and exterior spaces to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
